Make or edit a presentation in DROP and present it full screen from there. In the meeting, just open the browser on the room's computer and sign in.

What you can do

Full-screen presenting
One button starts the show; move between slides with the arrow keys.
Speaker notes
Write what you'll say under each slide. The audience doesn't see these notes.
Slide order
Drag a slide in the side list and drop it in its new place.
Images and charts
Bring a photo from DROP, or make tables and charts.
Edit together
Everyone prepares their own slides in the same one file.
PDF export
Send a PDF to people who missed the meeting.
In the meeting room
Leave the USB stick behind.
The file is in DROP. Sign in on the meeting room's computer, open the presentation, and after the meeting sign out of that device from the account menu.
Good to know first
- Complex animations and effects may show more simply.
- Video inside a slide doesn't always play; it's better to keep the video in DROP and put its link on the slide.
- If a font isn't on the server, a similar font is shown instead.
